Company, LLC, is a growing full service
Certified Public Accounting Firm that provides
auditing, accounting, and tax and business
advisory services to individuals, small
businesses, nonprofit organizations and
governmental entities in New England.
Established on April 1, 1994 and located in the
heart of Boston’s financial district, Sambo
Okolo is especially known for excellent quality
services. Our firm successfully completed the
third consecutive peer review of its practice in
May 2003. The firm has been licensed to practice
as a Certified Public Accounting Firm by the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of
Accountancy, and is certified as a
minority-owned business enterprise by the U.S.
Small Business Administration (SBA), the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Office of
Minority and Women Business Assistance (SOMWBA),
and the New England Minority Supplier
Development Council, Inc. (NEMSDC). The firm’s
clients include the U.S. Department of
Transportation (DOT) Volpe Center, Massachusetts
Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), and the
City of Boston Department of Neighborhood
Development Business Assistance Center. The firm
currently has ten employees.
